The restaurant in the old mill
The old mill has been restored without changing its original structure. The machinery and the tools which were once used for wine-pressing have been well preserved as well as the tradition of cooking with precious typical Sicilian produce which are biologically grown on the Etna and on the Nebrodi mountains and in the Alcantara Valley.
Our restaurant serves those typical products that have made Sicilian country cooking so famous: sausages, mushrooms from Ferla, fleshy pore mushrooms, local salami, home made pasta, pistachio from Bronte.
The tasty starters, the savoury and exquisite first courses, the meat, the cheeses, the vegetables, the fruit, the Sicilian vintage wines and the typical Sicilian sweets will leave your mouth with that good taste that only genuine food can give.
