Booking conditions

Online booking is an automatic procedure that requires the payment of a deposit by bank transfer, credit card, Stripe or PayPal.

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the service is required to confirm the booking.

You can also book using the contact form on the website.

In this case, to ensure your reservation is confirmed, we require a copy of the payment receipt, or proof of payment, within 48 hours of your request. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another method agreed upon during the booking process.
Failure to pay the deposit within the required timeframe will automatically cancel your reservation.

These booking conditions do not apply to packages and/or offers.

In these cases the conditions of sale will be published on the appropriate page of the package/ offer.

Prices

Room rates include VAT, local taxes and service charges.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, after the booking has been confirmed, the purchase price will remain the same, even if the rates increase.

Check-in / Check-out

To check in it is necessary that the user is of legal age or, in the case of several users occupying the same room, that at least one of them is of legal age. Check-in time: from 14.00 to 20.00 (any delays must be communicated and agreed directly with the management).

Check-out time: Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Payment

Payments of the deposit can be made either electronically (ATM, Credit Card, Stripe or PayPal), either by bank transfer, or in cash to the extent required by applicable laws. For payment of the deposit by bank transfer use the following bank details:

Kids

Children under the age of three do not pay, as long as they sleep with their parents, or an extra bed is not required. Otherwise, or in any case for children over three years, when booking should be considered and indicated among adults.

Pets

Animals are not allowed for reasons of hygiene and health, for lack of adequate space for animal welfare and to protect people with allergic problems or zoophobia.

Personal data processing
