Online booking is an automatic process completed simultaneously with payment.

• How to book: You can book independently via the website or by sending a request through the contact form to receive information or a personalized quote. In the latter case, the booking can be made directly through the quote sent privately.
• Confirmation and Payment: To confirm the booking, simply complete the payment according to the indicated methods.
• Management via email/form: If your request is handled via email or form, to ensure booking confirmation, the balance or relative proof of payment must be received within 48 hours of sending the proposal/quote according to the indicated methods.
• Cancellation: In case of non-payment within the prescribed term, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Packages and Offers:
These booking conditions do not apply to packages and/or offers. In such cases, the relative sales conditions will be published on the dedicated package/offer page.

Room rates include VAT, local taxes and service charges.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, after the booking has been confirmed, the purchase price will remain the same, even if the rates increase.

To check in it is necessary that the user is of legal age or, in the case of several users occupying the same room, that at least one of them is of legal age. Check-in time: from 14.00 to 20.00 (any delays must be communicated and agreed directly with the management).

Check-out time: Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Children under the age of three do not pay, as long as they sleep with their parents, or an extra bed is not required. Otherwise, or in any case for children over three years, when booking should be considered and indicated among adults.

Animals are not allowed for reasons of hygiene and health, for lack of adequate space for animal welfare and to protect people with allergic problems or zoophobia.
